Frequently asked questions
How fast is the printing?
Most jobs (business cards, flyers, banners, roll-ups, signs and stickers) are ready 24 hours after you approve the design. Large or special jobs may take a little longer; we tell you when we quote.
Where do I collect my order?
At our workshop at Calle Castilla 28, Local 3, San Pedro Alcántara (Marbella), Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
How do I pay?
We send you a secure card payment link on WhatsApp. Payment is made before we start the job.
Can you do the design for me?
Yes. If you have no design we create it with your logo, text and photos, and show you a proof before printing.
Do you speak English?
Yes, we deal with you in English or Spanish, on WhatsApp, by phone and at the workshop.
